In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC, Arman Kassenov was elected General Director (Chairman of the Board) of KazTransOil JSC from July 22, 2024.
Prior to this appointment, Arman Kassenov was Deputy Chairman of the Board for Marketing of QazaqGaz NC JSC. Over the years, he worked as General Director - Chairman of the Board of KazTransGas Onimderi LLP, Deputy General Director for Corporate Development, Managing Director for Corporate Development, Director of the Department of Budget Planning and Economic Analysis of KazTransGas JSC, General Director of the RSE KazVodKhoz of the Water Resources Committee of the Ministry ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
By the decision of the Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC from July 22, 2024, Talgat Kurmanbayev's powers as CEO (Chairman of the Management Board) of KazTransOil JSC were prematurely terminated. In addition, on his own initiative, from July 22, 2024, Talgat Kurmanbayev was expelled from the Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC.

The Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC includes the Chairman of the Board of Directors, representative of NC KazMunayGas JSC Bulat Zakirov, members of the Board of Directors - representative of NC KazMunayGas JSC Ardak Kasymbek, independent director Kazbek Kusainov, independent director Adrian Freycinet, independent director Miller Timothy Glen.
