A seminar-meeting for the company’s Board of Directors was held at KazTransOil JSC, organized by the company’s compliance control service with the participation of the compliance leadership from NC KazMunayGas JSC.
The main topic of the event was the discussion of business ethics and the role of senior management in the corporate compliance system.
The seminar covered legal and ethical aspects of combating corruption, key provisions of «KazTransOil» JCS’s Code of Business Ethics and the role, responsibilities of company leadership in ensuring compliance with anti-corruption standards.
