As part of the rotation of representatives of the parties in the executive body (Board) of Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP, a joint venture of KazTransOil JSC and China National Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Company Ltd. (50% each), as provided for by the Charter, changes have taken place in the company's management.
Talgat Kurmanbayev, who previously held the post of First Deputy General Director, has been appointed General Director (Chairman of the Board) for a five-year term. In turn, Tian Aimin took the post of First Deputy General Director.
The following persons have joined the Company's Management Board: Talgat Kurmanbayev - CEO (Chairman of the Management Board), Tian Aimin - First Deputy CEO, Erkhat Turlykhanov - Deputy CEO for Economics, Pan Tao - Deputy CEO for Production, Arslan Nogaibayev - Deputy CEO for Commerce, Cao Yingwei - Deputy CEO for Finance.
In addition, from January 9, 2025, by the decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP, Bermakhan Turlybekov was appointed to the position of Deputy CEO for Production.
Bermakhan Turlybekov graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev, specializing in «Design, construction and operation of oil and gas pipelines and oil and gas storage facilities». He began his professional career in 2005 as a specialist in the project management department of NC KazMunayGas JSC.
During his career, he held management positions in such companies as SaipemSpA LLP, TBK Astana group and Intergaz Central Asia JSC.
