According to the factual data the volume of oil transportation through the network of main oil pipelines of JSC «KazTransOil» in January-February 2012 was equal to 8 million 709 thou. tons. Comparing to the same period of 2011 the volume of oil transportation decreased by 210 thou. tons, or by 2% (fact for January-February 2011 was equal to 8 million 919 thou. tons).
The cargo turnover through the network of main oil pipelines of JSC «KazTransOil» for two months of 2012 was equal to 5 billion 467 tons per km. Relatively to the same period of the last year the given indicator decreased by 541 million tons per km or by 9% (fact for January-February 2011 comprised 6 billion 008 tons km).
For two months of 2012 volume of oil transportation via «Atyrau-Samara» section of «Uzen-Atyrau-Samara» main oil pipeline amounted to 2 mln. 633 thou.tons. In comparison woth the same period of 2011 volume of transportation declined for 30 thou.tons or 1% (volume of oil transportation in January-February 2011 equaled to 2 mln. 663 th.tons of oil).
In January-February 2012 volume of oil throughput in «Atasu-Alashankou» oil pipeline amounted to 1 mln. 349 th.tons of oil. Realtively to the same period of last year this indicator reduced for 483 th.tons or 26% (fact for January-Febrauary 2011 was equal to 1 mln. 833 th.tons).
Volume of oil transportation via the network of main oil pipelines of JSC «KazTransOil» to the refineries of the Republic of Kazakhstan upon the results of January-February 2012 equaled to 2 mln. 230 th.tons (volume of oil transportation in January-February 2011 amounted to 2 mln. 171 th.tons of oil).
Reduction of cargo turnover and oil transportation volumes in January-February 2012 (in comparison with the same period of 2011) emerged due to reduction of volume of Russian oil deliveries to refineries of the Republic of Kazakhstan and reduction of oil delivery by certain oil producing companies of the republic of Kazakhstan to the network of main oil pipelines of JSC «KaztransOil».
JSC «KazTransOil» carries out supply of Volga water to consumers of Atyrau and Mangistau oblasts of Kazakhstan via Astrahan-Mangyshklak waterline. In January-February 2012, the volume of water supply equals to 3 million 546 thou. cubic meters, and in comparison with the same period of 2011, the volume has increased by 341 thou. cubic meters or by 11%.
