A delegation of Transneft PJSC paid a working visit to KazTransOil JSC. The main purpose of the visit was to develop bilateral cooperation between the companies in personnel management and development and corporate communications, and to share professional experience in these areas.
The Russian delegation included Mars Fazlyyev, Deputy Vice President of Transneft, Georgy Kaptelin, Advisor to the President and Press Secretary, Yelena Shchurova, Director of the Personnel Management Department, Sergey Vykhukholev, CEO of Transneft Media LLC, Rustam Alparov, Deputy Director of the External Communications Department, and Sergey Anufriyev, Head of the Information Policy Department.
Welcoming the partners, Gaziz Koshanov, the Managing Director for Social and Labor Relations and General Affairs of KazTransOil JSC, stressed that this meeting is an important step towards deepening the long-standing ties between the companies.
– Transneft PJSC and JSC KazTransOil share a common professional space and a common understanding of responsibility for reliable oil transportation. Today, we are moving beyond production cooperation and opening up new opportunities for bilateral cooperation in the field of human resource management and corporate communications. This is a contribution to the development of human potential, the formation of an effective communication environment and the strengthening of corporate culture – factors that determine the sustainability and success of business in the modern world, - G. Koshanov said.
In response, Mars Fazlyyev, Deputy Vice President of Transnef, thanked the management and staff of KazTransOil JSC for the warm welcome and stressed the importance of openness and constructive dialogue in such important areas as personnel development and corporate communications.
– This approach is directly related to the formation of an effective team, a stable corporate culture and trust between people, which is the basis of any successful projects, – the Deputy Vice President said.
During the visit, the delegation of Transneft PJSC visited the Main Dispatch Department of KazTransOil JSC, a key link ensuring the coordination of all technological processes of oil transportation in internal and external directions in an uninterrupted round–the-clock mode.
Further negotiations, presentations and exchange of experience between employees of the companies took place, reports on current approaches to personnel management, information support of activities and development of internal corporate interaction were presented.
Following the meeting, the parties reached agreements on further elaboration of joint projects aimed at developing human resources, exchanging information on the activities of companies and improving communications in the oil transportation industry.
