«KazTransOil» JSC informs that an administrative penalty was imposed on the company for an administrative offense under part three of Article 147-5 of the Administrative Offense Code (the Resolution of the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Competition Protection of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.121 dated December 26, 2014) identified upon the results of audit of the company for 2013. The penalty comprised 2,000 MCI.
