Based on the results of the inspection audit conducted by the auditors of the SGS SA conformity assessment body, the health and safety management system of «KazTransOil» JSC was positively assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of the new international standard ISO 45001: 2018 «Health and safety management system. Requirements and guidance for their application». The introduction of the requirements of this standard in KazTransOil JSC will help to increase the efficiency of measures to ensure safe working conditions, prevent accidents and prevent occupational diseases.
For the first time, «KazTransOil» JSC received an international certificate for compliance with the requirements of the OHSAS 18001: 1999 specification in 2007 from Det Norske Veritas, an international conformity assessment body, following the results of a certification audit of the occupational safety and health management system. In 2008, the company passed a recertification audit for compliance with the new version of OHSAS 18001: 2007 «Health and safety management system. Requirements». Since 2015, «KazTransOil» JSC has the certificate of compliance with the requirements of OHSAS 18001: 2007, issued by the SGS SA conformity assessment body.
