KazTransOil announces changes to tariffs for crude oil transportation services via main oil pipelines effective from march 1, 2026

Pursuant to Order No. 7 of the General Director (Chairman of the Management Board) of KazTransOil JSC dated January 30, 2026, tariffs for the following services related to exports outside the Republic of Kazakhstan and transit through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been approved and will come into effect on March 1, 2026:

  • unloading of crude oil from railway tank cars at the T. Kassymov Oil Pumping Station: KZT 1,715.05 per tonne (excluding VAT), representing an increase of KZT 969, or 130%;
  • ransshipment of crude oil at the T. Kassymov Oil Pumping Station into the Kenkiyak–Atyrau oil pipeline: KZT 80.99 per tonne (excluding VAT), representing an increase of KZT 0.6, or 0.8%;
  • loading of crude oil into railway tank cars at the Shagyr oil loading rack: KZT 517.00 per tonne (excluding VAT), representing an increase of KZT 236, or 84%.

In addition, pursuant to Order No. 8 of the General Director (Chairman of the Management Board) of KazTransOil JSC dated January 30, 2026, the cost of transportation of crude oil of Russian origin for transit through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Uzbekistan will change effective from March 1, 2026:

  • transportation cost of crude oil of Russian origin for transit through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Uzbekistan: USD 28.02 per tonne (excluding VAT), representing an increase of USD 0.12, or 0.4%;
  • including the tariff for loading of crude oil into railway tank cars at the Shagyr oil loading facility: USD 0.96 per tonne (excluding VAT), representing an increase of USD 0.12, or 14%.
