The Atyrau Oil Pipeline Administration (AOPA) is a structural division of KazTransOil and ensures crude oil transportation along key routes to the domestic market and for export. In particular, supplies are delivered to Atyrau Oil Refinery LLP (AR), as well as via the pipeline system of North-Western Pipeline Company Munaitas LLP to Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant and PetroKazakhstan Oil Products LLP. In addition, crude oil is transported through transshipment into the pipeline system of CPC-K JSC and into the Atasu–Alashankou main oil pipeline for export to European countries and China.
At the end of 2025, the total crude oil throughput of the AOPA amounted to 25.3 million tonnes, exceeding the 2024 figure by 0.7 million tonnes. Freight turnover reached 6.983 billion tonne-kilometres, an increase of 0.4 billion tonne-kilometres year on year.
In 2025, reconstruction works were completed on the 677–691 km section of the Uzen–Atyrau–Samara main oil pipeline. In addition, construction of launch and receiving chambers for pipeline cleaning and inspection tools was completed at the Inder Oil Pumping Station.
At the T. Kassymov Oil Pumping Station, construction of new production facilities is underway, including a modular boiler house and a chemical laboratory. These projects are aimed at enhancing the reliability and operational efficiency of the production infrastructure.
At the N. Shmanov Oil Pumping Station, Arman Kassenov met with the workforce. During an open dialogue, working conditions for shift personnel and current operational issues were discussed. Employees raised questions of interest, to which detailed explanations were provided.

Based on the results of 2025, all planned works to ensure the reliable operation of pipelines were completed in full and within the established timelines.
Production results for 2025 were also reported by Erkin Tankibayev, General Director of Main Water Pipeline LLP. The company is the sole centralized water supply source for consumers in several districts of the Atyrau Region, as well as cities and districts of the Mangystau Region. During the reporting period, 25.9 million cubic metres of water were transported, with approximately 60% of the total volume supplied to municipal utilities for centralized water supply to the population. Tax payments to the state budget amounted to approximately KZT 3 billion. As part of environmental initiatives in 2025, more than 52,000 juveniles of valuable fish species were released into natural habitats, and landscaping works were carried out.
