«KazTransOil» JSC reports that the Specialized Inter-District Administrative Court of Astana in its decision dated January 22, 2015 No.3-2/2015 imposed an administrative penalty on «KazTransOil» JSC in the form of a fine in the amount of 50 percent of the gross amount of taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget for the period from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2010, which comprises 53,566,530 tenge, for an administrative offense set by paragraph one of Article 209 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses dated January 30, 2001.
