On April 23, 2015, the Acts of Reconciliation between Batumi Oil Terminal, Batumi Terminals Limited, Petrotrans Limited, on the one hand, and Libra Trading FZC, as well as Vibro Diagnostik branch of the foreign company, on the other hand, were concluded in Tbilisi and Batumi. These acts are aimed at out-of-court settlement of the dispute between these companies and early release from arrest and other restrictions imposed on Batumi Oil Terminal, Batumi Terminals Limited, Petrotrans Limited and Vibro Diagnostik branch of the foreign company.
In accordance with the legislation of Georgia, the Acts of Reconciliation were filed for approval by Tbilisi and Batumi City Courts.
