The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies introduced new tariffs on the following services on oil transportation through the system of main pipelines of JSC «KazTransOil», from 1 January 2010:
- the tariff on the service of oil pumping through the system of main pipelines for export was confirmed at the level of 3331 tenge per 1 ton per 1000 km, VAT excluded. The tariff on the service of oil pumping through the system of main pipelines to internal market remained at the same level of 1303 tenge per 1 ton for 1000 km, VAT excluded;
- the tariff on the service of oil storage at reservoir parks at the level of 223,42 tenge for 1 ton per month, VAT excluded;
- the tariff on the services of oil transfer at OPS «Makat» to «Kenkiyak-Atyrau» oil pipeline at the level of 425 tenge for 1 ton, VAT excluded.
Apart from that the tariff on loading of oil to rail way cisterns at OPS Atyrau was confirmed at the level of 304,18 tenge for 1 ton, VAT excluded, and effective from 1 January 2010.
From 17 November 2009, new tariff on the service of oil transfer at LPDS Kenkiyak, which was confirmed in the simplified procedure at the level of 60,24 tenge for 1 ton without VAT, became effective.
