On April 28, 2016 «KazTransOil» was audited by SAP SE for compliance of matureness of processes and services with the requirements, imposed to the centers of expertise of clients of Advanced level. Given compliance was approved by Customer Center of Expertise (CCоE) Advanced certificate.
Should be noted, that «KazTransOil» became the first in Kazakhstan and the second in CIS, with client’s expertise center in SAP certified at Advanced level. 15 companies among 232 thousand clients of SAP were certified at this level.
«KazTransOil» JSC pays great attention to improvement of control processes, including IT-services control. Certification was preceded by an intensive a year and a half work of employees of SAP customers support desk of «KazTransOil» JSC branch - «Main Information Computing Center».
Advanced certification confirms that client’s expertise center represented by «MICC» branch has a tuned services quality control system and complies with SAP operational standards, including IT-services control processes. Its functions include smooth operation and availability of business-processes through proactive monitoring, continuous improvement of SAP support and development processes, establishing of automated and proactive support processes, transfer to the improvement of control processes through KPI, documentation and standardization of the processes.
Certification opens new production opportunities for the company. According to the Director of «KazTransOil» JSC branch – «MICC» Mr. A.Kaipov: «IT–services control at the new level allows reducing risks, associated with maintenance, as well as reducing total cost of operations of SAP solutions».
