«KazTransOil» JSC successfully fulfills its plans

The results of the production activities of «KazTransOil» JSC for the first half of 2016 were voiced at the extended meeting of «KazTransOil» JSC chaired by N. Shmanov, the General Director (Chair of the Management Board), in Aktau on July 27, 2016. The meeting was attended by the company executives, directors of branches, heads of oil pipeline departments, heads of subsidiaries and jointly controlled entities, directors of departments and heads of services of the central office of «KazTransOil» JSC. In the first half of 2016, the consolidated volume of oil transportation totaled 28.3 million tons, or 1% above the plan and 10% less than in the same period of 2015. The consolidated turnover amounted to 21.7 billion tons/km, or 2% above the planned indicator and 5% less than in the first half of 2015. The volume of oil transportation separately for «KazTransOil» JSC amounted to 21 million 923 thousand tons, or 1% higher than it was planned, but 10% less than in the same period last year. The stand-alone oil turnover amounted to 17 billion 836 million tons/km, or 4% above the planned indicator and 3% less than for six (6) months of 2015. The volume of Volga water supply to consumers of Atyrau and Mangystau oblasts via Astrakhan-Mangyshlak waterline amounted to 11.9 million cum for the reporting period, or 1% above the plan and equal to the level of the first half of 2015. Reference: «KazTransOil» JSC is the subsidiary of «KazMunayGas» NC JSC, and the national operator of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the main oil pipeline. The company manages a network of main oil pipelines stretching 5,4 thousand km and water pipelines about 2 thousand km long, and also provides jobs for over 8 thousand people. The production facilities of «KazTransOil» JSC are located in Karaganda, Pavlodar, South Kazakhstan, North Kazakhstan, Atyrau, Mangistau, West Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda, Almaty, Aktobe and East Kazakhstan regions.
