In its resolution dated September 14, 2016, the Board of Directors of «KazTransOil» JSC early terminated the powers of Assem Nussupova as the member of the Management Board of «KazTransOil» JSC on September 20, 2016.
Madiyar Berlibayev was elected as the member of the Management Board of «KazTransOil» JSC from September 21, 2016.
M. Berlibayev was born in Sarykemer village, Baizak region, Dzhambul oblast in 1973.
He graduated from Karaganda Polytechnic Institute, qualification – power engineer, and T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University, academic degree – bachelor of economics.
He started his career as the Leading Specialist of the financial block at the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Senior Specialist, Manager of the Agency Financing Department of «Eximbank Kazakhstan» CJSC, Head of the Agency Financing Unit of «Development Bank of Kazakhstan» CJSC, Deputy Director of the Financial Department of «NWPC «MunaiTas» CJSC , Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of «United Chemical Company» LLP, Deputy General Director for Economics of «Kazakhstan-China Pipeline» LLP.
