Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of KazTransOil JSC was held on October 20, 2016, and the following decisions were taken:
- The number of members of the Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC was determined - 7 (seven) members, General Director (Chairman of the Management Board) of KazTransOil JSC Dosanov Dimash Gabitovich was elected as a member of the Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC for the term established generally for the Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC.
- Member of the Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC Shmanov Nurtas Nuribekovich was appointed as a representative of KazMunayGas NC JSC.
