Dimash Dossanov noted at the meeting that he always supports talented and proactive youth. According to him, the essays of the winners of the competition are distinguished by a modern business view and sincere involvement in the work of the company.
Young specialists asked their questions to the General Director and shared their proposals on the introduction of new technologies and digital projects, the use of alternative energy sources. They noted that the constant increase in the professionalism of specialists increases the value of the human capital of the company, and corporate values make the team harmonious and effective.
The breakfast meeting of the General Director of KazTransOil JSC with the winners of the corporate essay contest was organized as part of the implementation of the Roadmap to support the youth of the company. 40 young specialists took part in the creative competition on the theme «How I see the prospects of the company». 10 authors were recognized as winners.
