In accordance with subparagraph 13) of article 8, subparagraph 2) of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On natural monopolies» dated December 27, 2018, paragraph 357 of the Rules for forming tariffs, approved by order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 19, 2019, №90 by joint order of the Committee for regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 12, 2020, №61-OD and the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 18, 2020, №397, approved the Investment Program of «KazTransOil» JSC for oil pumping to the internal market of the Republic of Kazakhstan via main pipelines for 2021-2025.
