This is confirmed by the Samruk Research Services index, which was 91% in 2020. This indicator shows the stability of the social situation in the company workforces», said Dimash Dossanov.
Samruk Research Services has three sub-indices: Involvement, Social Well-being and Social Tranquillity. According to the results of 2020 the Involvement Index of «KazTransOil» JSC increased by 25 percentage points compared to 2019 and amounted to 93%, thus reaching the highest point for 2013-2020. The Social Well-being Index in 2020 was 80%, an increase of 2 percentage points over 2019. The Social Tranquillity Index in 2020 was 93%, an increase of 16 percentage points over 2019. Workers believe that the work environment is calm: most interviewees did not experience tensions between employees and management in 2020.
The evaluation of the level of social stability in the labor collectives of «KazTransOil» JSC has been carried out by the Center for Social Interaction and Communication since 2013. Isatai Minuarov, Head of Analysis and Consulting at the Centre for Social Stability and Interaction, commented that the Involvement Index shows the level of satisfaction with working conditions and safety, relationships and communications in the company, and the level of loyalty of the staff. The Social Well-Being Index measures the attitudes of workers, determined primarily by external factors and the social environment.
