A new collective agreement has been signed in KazTransOil JSC. The document was signed by the General Director (Chair of the Management Board) Talgat Kurmanbayev and the Chairman of the NGO «Local Professional Union of Workers of KazTransOil JSC» Tuyakbay Bekibayev. The new document was adopted in connection with the expiration in February of this year of the collective agreement dated February 27, 2020.
«For two months, we - the employer and the trade union, painstakingly formed a project Collective agreement. «As a result, the document was strengthened with new positions, some provisions were updated taking into account the changes and additions to the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan» - T. Bekibayev said.
It should be noted that about 30 proposals were received from the trade union of employees of KazTransOil JSC. The parties to collective bargaining have approved proposals to include new types of social support for workers who are most in need of it. For instance, a more expanded social package is provided for employees with children with disabilities and etc.
