«KazTransOil» JSC informs about completion of payment of dividends on common stock of the company (KZ1C29950017) for 2013.
1. The decision to pay dividends on common shares of «KazTransOil» JSC upon the results of activity in 2013 was adopted at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 28, 2014 (Minutes No.1/2014).
2. The period for which dividends are due for payment is from January 1 to December 31, 2013.
3. The size of one dividend per one common share is 109.00 (one hundred and nine) tenge.
4. The total amount due for payment in the form of dividends is 41,925,280,291.00 (forty one billion nine hundred twenty five million two hundred eighty thousand two hundred ninety one) tenge.

7. Dividends were paid on July 3, 2014.
The way of payment of dividends is upon the List of shareholders entitled to receive dividends by due cash transfer to shareholders’ accounts:
- on common shares of «KazTransOil» JSC in nominal holding of «Central Securities Depository» JSC via a paying agent represented by «Central Securities Depository» JSC;
- on common shares of «KazTransOil» JSC which are not in nominal holding of «Central Securities Depository» JSC by «KazTransOil» JSC itself.
