«KazTransOil» JSC and «Transneft» PJSC signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

The document was signed by the Director General (the Chairman of the Management Board) of «KazTransOil» JSC Dimash Dosanov and the Chairman of the Management Board - the President of «Transneft» PJSC Nikolay Tokarev. The signing of the Memorandum with the participation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin took place on the margins of the XIV Forum of Interregional Cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan in the city of Chelyabinsk.

The subject of the Memorandum is cooperation in the field of possible supply of pumps and pumping equipment, electric drives, devices for the bottom sediment wash out, electric motors and other equipment produced at the plants and central production support bases of «Transneft» PJSC for the needs of «KazTransOil» JSC. Cooperation within the framework of the Memorandum will be based on the principles of equality, relevance, openness and integrity. The signing of the Memorandum provides strengthening of the bilateral relations of «KazTransOil» JSC and «Transneft» PJSC, contributes to further filling of economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia with the specific content. The participants of the Forum got acquainted with the exposition of «Transneft» PJSC, demonstrating advanced models of equipment manufactured by the organizations of «Transneft» system. Among other, it was represented a pumping equipment produced by the Chelyabinsk Plant «Transneft Oil Pumps» JSC, a system for measuring the quantity and quality of oil and petroleum products of the Velikiye Luki Plant «Transneftemash», as well as a flagship of the line of internal pipe diagnostic devices - a combined magnetic ultrasonic fault detector developed by «Transneft - Diascan» JSC. The Forum was held on the site of «Russian Electric Motors» JSC, which was established with the participation of «Transneft» PJSC (51%) and «CONAR» JSC (49%) in 2015. About 1,500 guests, including the Heads of executive authorities, akims and governors of border regions, representatives of business circles of two countries, took part in the XIV Forum of Interregional Cooperation.
