The Board of Directors of «KazTransOil» JSC has decided to open a representative office in Moscow. This decision was made with the purpose of optimal and effective fulfillment of treaty obligations between «KazTransOil«JSC, «Transneft» JSCand the shippers from Kazakhstan, Russia and Uzbekistan concerning the provision of services for the transportation of Kazakh oil for export and transportation of Russian oil through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Moscow representative office will begin to carry out these activities after its accreditation by authorized state bodies of the Russian Federation. Currently the representative activities of «KazTransOil» JSC in Russian Federation are provided by two representative offices located in Samara and Omsk. These units continuously performing acceptance operations, related to the transportation of Kazakh and Russian oil under the contracts with Kazakh, Russian and Uzbek shippers. At the same time, an interaction with «Transneft» JSC and authorized state bodies of the Russian Federation, located in Moscow, provides the Samara representation office of the company. The opening of the representative office of «KazTransOil» JSC in Moscow will allow to ensure prompt interaction with the partner organization and state bodies of the Russian Federation on the urgent issues of Kazakh and Russian oil transportation that will promote maximum fulfillment of contractual obligations by «KazTransOil» JSC, that will have a positive financial and economic effect in the future.
