On November 30, 2020, «Qazaq Oil & Gas Service Company» LLP, which cleans the reservoir at the head oil pumping station «Atasu» of «KazTransOil» JSC from bottom sediments with their subsequent disposal, eliminated the damages of oil sludge contamination of the road section between the village of Atasu and the rural village n.a. Mukazhan Zhumazhanov of Zhanaarka district of Karaganda oblast’.
According to the Contract between «KazTransOil» JSC and «Qazaq Oil & Gas Service Company» LLP, from the moment of signing the act of acceptance of bottom sediments (bottom fallouts) and emulsion, property responsibility and responsibility for their further handling, implementation of measures for disposal, neutralization, placement and safe disposal in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan passes to the Contractor.
