The Resolution was adopted by absentee voting at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of «KazTransOil» JSC on dividend payment for the common shares of «KazTransOil» JSC for 2020.

50 770 909 068 Tenge (fifty billion seven hundred seventy million nine hundred nine thousand sixty eight) will be directed towards shareholder dividend payments, which amounts to 132 tenge per common share.

The list of «KazTransOil» JSC shareholders entitled to receive dividends for the common shares of «KazTransOil» JSC for 2020 will be compiled at 12:00 a.m., June 11, 2021.

The dividends for the common shares of «KazTransOil» JSC will be paid out starting from June 18, 2021, by cash transfer in the established manner to «KazTransOil» JSC shareholder accounts independently and through the paying agent represented by «Central Securities Depository» JSC.

In order to receive the dividend payments in a timely manner, shareholders need to make sure that their personal information is up to date in the registry system of securities holders. Should their personal information need to be updated, shareholders should contact the brokerage company with which they have entered into brokerage service agreement, or the Central Securities Depository JSC to notify on any changes in the information required for maintaining the system of registers of KazTransOil JSC shareholders (including bank account details).

We remind you that in the absence of up-to-date details of shareholders, the due dividends will be transferred to a special account for accounting for unclaimed money, opened in the accounting system of JSC Central Securities Depository. The shareholder will be entitled to claim dividends from this account by contacting the Central Securities Depository JSC.

Notification of payment of dividends on ordinary shares KazTransOil JSC for 2020

KazTransOil JSC informs that on June 18, 2021, the Company paid dividends on ordinary shares of KazTransOil JSC for 2020 in the amount of 50 770 909 068 (fifty billion seven hundred and seventy million nine hundred and nine thousand sixty eight) tenge, approved in accordance with the decision of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company dated 26 May, 2021 (Minutes No.1/2021) by absentee voting.
The amount of the dividend per ordinary share is 132 (one hundred and thirty two) tenge.
The list of KazTransOil JSC shareholders entitled to receive dividends on ordinary shares of the Company for 2020 fixed as of 00:00 June 11, 2021.

Information about the upcoming dividend payment

KazTransOil JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) hereby informs that on May 26, 2021 at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, by means of an absentee voting, it was decided to pay dividends on ordinary shares based on the results of 2020. For the payment of dividends to shareholders will be allocated 50 770 909 068 tenge, which is 132 tenge per ordinary share.

The list of the Company's shareholders entitled to receive dividends on ordinary shares of the Company based on the results of 2020 will be fixed as of 00:00 hours on June 11, 2021.

Payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the Company will start on June 18, 2021 and will be made in cash by transferring them in accordance with the established procedure to the accounts of the shareholders of the Company by the Company itself and with the involvement of a paying agent – Central Securities Depository JSC.
